General Domain Name Registration Policy

This policy governs requests for the registration of domain names submitted through [Company/Website Name]. By submitting a domain registration request or paying an invoice, the customer agrees to the following terms.

1. Nature of a Domain Registration Request

A domain registration request is a request submitted by the customer to Netaqe.com to attempt to register a domain name through a domain registrar, registration provider, registry operator, or another relevant third-party provider.

A domain appearing as available on our website, being added to the shopping cart, having an invoice issued for it, or having that invoice paid does not guarantee that the domain will be successfully registered or reserved for the customer.

2. Domain Availability

Domain availability search results are preliminary and provided for guidance only. A domain's availability may change at any time because it has been registered by another party, registry information has been updated, or restrictions or special conditions apply.

Netaqe.com is not responsible for the loss of an opportunity to register a domain between the time the domain is searched, ordered, or paid for and the time the registration is successfully completed by the relevant provider.

3. Prices and Price Changes

Netaqe.com may change the prices of domain registrations, renewals, transfers, or restorations at any time and without prior notice.

Prices may change because of changes made by a registrar or registry operator, currency exchange rates, taxes and fees, the classification of a domain as a premium or high-value domain, or other operational or commercial reasons.

If a price changes after an invoice has been issued or paid but before the domain registration has been completed, Netaqe.com may require the customer to pay the price difference or may cancel the registration request and refund the amount paid for the uncompleted domain registration service in accordance with the applicable refund policy.

Netaqe.com is not obligated to complete the domain registration at the previous price when the price changes before the registration is successfully completed.

4. Invoice Payment Is Not Registration Confirmation

Creating an order, issuing an invoice, paying an invoice, or an invoice being marked as paid does not constitute confirmation that the domain name has been registered or reserved.

Payment authorizes Netaqe.com to begin attempting to process the registration request only. The request remains subject to domain availability, approval by the registrar and registry operator, and successful technical completion of the registration process.

5. When Is a Domain Considered Registered?

A domain name will not be considered registered or reserved for the customer unless both of the following conditions have been satisfied:

1. The domain status in the customer's account with Netaqe.com is displayed as “Active”.
2. A registration confirmation email has been sent to the email address registered in the customer's account, confirming that the domain registration was successful.

A paid invoice, payment receipt, order number, order acknowledgement, or temporary processing status will not constitute evidence that the domain registration has been completed.

The customer is responsible for maintaining an accurate email address, checking the inbox and spam folders, and monitoring the domain status through the customer account.

6. Failed Registration or Domain Unavailability

A domain registration may fail because another party registered the domain first, the preliminary availability result was inaccurate, the registrar or registry rejected the request, legal or technical restrictions apply, the applicable price changed, customer information was incomplete, a technical failure occurred, or a required price difference was not paid.

If the registration cannot be completed, Netaqe.com's obligation will be limited to refunding the amount paid for the uncompleted domain registration service or adding the amount as credit to the customer's account, subject to the payment method and applicable refund policy.

This does not include compensation for business losses, anticipated profits, marketing expenses, design costs, hosting expenses, or any other costs incurred by the customer in anticipation of the domain being registered.

7. Premium Domain Names

A domain may initially appear at a standard price but may later be classified by the registrar or registry operator as a premium domain or a domain subject to special pricing.

In such cases, Netaqe.com is not obligated to register the domain at the standard price. Netaqe.com may notify the customer of the correct price and request payment of the difference or cancel the request and refund the amount paid for the domain registration.

8. Customer Information and Responsibilities

The customer must provide accurate, complete, and current information required for domain registration and confirms that the requested domain and its intended use do not violate any trademark, intellectual property right, law, or third-party right.

The customer is responsible for any rejection, suspension, or cancellation resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information or failure to complete a required verification process.

9. Third-Party Providers

Netaqe.com may provide domain registration services as a registrar, reseller, or intermediary for services supplied by registrars, registry operators, and other third parties.

Domain registrations are also subject to the terms and policies of the applicable registrar, registry operator, and relevant governing bodies. The customer agrees to comply with those terms and policies where applicable.

Netaqe.com is not responsible for delays, rejections, suspensions, or cancellations resulting from the decisions, systems, policies, or failures of third-party providers outside its direct control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Netaqe.com will not be liable for direct or indirect losses arising from a domain not being registered, a delay in registration, registration by another party, a price change, or the customer's reliance on a preliminary search result or paid invoice before final confirmation.

Customers should not advertise, commercially use, print, or enter into financial commitments relating to a domain before the domain is shown as Active in the customer account and the registration confirmation email has been sent.

11. Correction of Errors

Netaqe.com may correct technical, typographical, or pricing errors appearing on the website, invoice, or order page, including after an order has been submitted or paid. The customer will be given the option to pay any applicable price difference or cancel the affected service and receive a refund for the amount paid for that service.

12. Changes to This Policy

Netaqe.com may amend, update, or replace any part of this policy at any time and without prior notice, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication of the updated policy on the website. The customer's continued use of the website or services, submission of a new order, or payment of an invoice after the changes have been published will constitute acceptance of the amended policy.

The customer is responsible for reviewing this policy periodically to remain informed of any changes or updates. The date of the most recent update will be displayed at the top of this page.

13. Acceptance of This Policy

By submitting a domain registration request or paying the related invoice, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy, including any amendments that become effective in accordance with the Changes to This Policy section.
